Wake at 6:30 AM 
Spend quality morning times with the dogs, feed them breakfast, walk them for a nice long morning walk
check email, rss feeds
check calendar
shower
breakfast
leave for work at 8:30 AM

I am definitely a morning person and tend to grow tired by 4:00 PM in the afternoon, I just get so much more thinking done in the early morning sunrise.</description>
