		<description>These are very helpful tips. I think I have lots of commitments laid down on my list, given that I have no family of my own yet.

It&#039;s a good thing for us to reassess all our commitments and priorities and figure out ways to somehow reduce them. The concept of The Power of Less comes into play here.</description>
