		<description>If you currently have NO savings and you want to get started with this, how can you be sure that no &quot;emergencies&quot; will pop up before you have that $1000 saved? This is what always knocks me down before I can even get started with a simple plan like this...... and now my employer is asking for 8% pay cuts across the board, state taxes are going up (retroactively to January, thanks!) and..... I&#039;d better move on to one of those &quot;10 ways to feel better about yourself&quot; posts.</description>
