Ma se trovi qualcuno con i tuoi stessi scopi (correre, mettersi a dieta, incrementare i guadagni ecc.) vedi se riesci a coinvolgerlo.
[...] #16: Get a workout partner or goal buddy. Staying motivated on your own is tough. But if you find someone with similar goals (running, dieting, finances, etc.), see if they’d like to partner with you. Or partner with your spouse, sibling or best friend on whatever goals they’re trying to achieve. You don’t have to be going after the same goals — as long as you are both pushing and encouraging each other to succeed. [...]

Hi Martin ... thanks for sharing your experience. You make some great points. And thanks for pointing out that goal buddies work not just for working out, but for any goal. It's great to have someone with a similar goal, and to support each other. Definitely helps me with my goals! - leo

Good point, Leo!
I have similar experiences, not in sports but for my dissertation...
I share my office room with a colleague who started working on his thesis some weeks after me, so we are in the same situation (for more than 3 years now) and talking to each other, helping the other one with his problems - sometimes its already very helpful if someone just listens to your problems or complaints.
The only drawback can be, that this communication can be very time consuming. We have to learn to reduce it and not to stay with discussions about the same problems for hours...
However, it's a very good thing to have someone who tries to do a achieve a similar goal and if you see that he progresses, it motivates you (and vice versa).
