Di recente ho pubblicato un articolo su come creare un grafico dei propri progressi nei confronti di ogni obbiettivo preposto. Questo schema non ha solo uno scopo informativo, per farti guardare in dietro e rivedere ciò che hai fatto. E&#8217; per tenere sempre viva l&#8217;attenzione nei confronti del mio scopo. Se mantengo l&#8217;abitudine di dare una controllata al &#8220;diagramma&#8221; ogni giorno, e segnerò con delle &#8220;x&#8221; o con dei pallini ciò che ho fatto, mi farà venire voglia di far si che tutte le voci siano spuntate come fatte o raggiunte. Penserò tra me e me &#8220;Bene, devo fare questo se voglio metterci una crocetta&#8221;. Beh, è una piccola motivazione, ma da il suo contributo, credimi. Qualcuno preferisce usare delle stelline dorate (come si usa fare nelle scuole americane, ndt.) Qualcun&#8217; altro utilizza piattaforma di allenamento sul web, che funziona alquanto bene. Oppure prova su Gli Obbiettivi di Joe. In qualunque modo tu lo faccia, appunta i tuoi progressi, e concedi a te stesso un po&#8217; di orgoglio ogni volta che barri qualcosa come realizzato.
