		<description>I have to say, this article really underestimates the amount of inboxes one has to check whether it be the paper inbox, email inbox, electronic inbox or the mind inbox ( the stuff thought of that you put into Omnifocus ) its so easy to spend two hours going through all of that.

Then it comes time to review projects I&#039;m beat. I&#039;d like to see a strategy for making it seem not so huge for example
is it possible to reduce the time, by, going through those inboxes on a daily basis, maybe I&#039;ll try and let you know if that&#039;s what you might suggest. But it&#039;s alot to tame all inboxes</description>
