Great New eBook: Change Your Thoughts

A fellow PBN blogger has put out a new eBook, and I was so excited for him that I thought I’d let you all know about it — “Change Your Thoughts to Change Your Life,” by Steven Aitchison of the Change Your Thoughts blog is perfect for people who love Zen Habits. It has great articles on reaching our dreams, changing your habits, and basically getting the most out of life.

Just a sample of the 39 in-depth articles from the book:

  • Changing jobs
  • Vizualising the life you want
  • Staying in love
  • 7 tips for perfect kissing
  • 21 days to a new habit
  • 50 best personal development blogs
  • Anchoring a habit
  • Attracting more money into your life
  • Clear your house to clear your mind
  • Kaizen for personal development
  • Self discipline, willpower and motivation

Intrigued yet? I got an early copy of this book, and I loved the articles. As Steven is from the UK, the book sells in British Pounds (BP), but at 4.99BP it’s well under $10. And the great stuff you get is well worth that price.

Leo, I checked out his blog and like it. Thanks for making your readers aware of it.

Also, just clicked from Google Reader to this post a few seconds ago and got a page saying that you’d exceeded your bandwidth. Tried again and this time it worked. Just an fyi.

To everybody who is able to read this, I apologize for any convenience with the site being up and down. A recent spike in traffic, while normally very welcome, has caused an overload in my server, which I am trying to resolve. The traffic should die down later today, but in the meantime, I’m sorry for the frustration.

Thanks for reading Zen Habits, and please come back! - leo

I just checked out the Change Your Thoughts blog, and it looks good. However, in the interest of simplifying my life (and limiting procrastination/increasing productivity), I’m going to have to not subscribe to it. I limit my reading to 10 blogs, and don’t add others until I unsubscribe from another one.

Ann: That’s a very sensible policy. But if you tire of one of the blogs on your current subscription list sometime in the future, I would consider Change Your Thoughts. - leo

Thanks Steven, you may want to try that out in Opera, or with a non-standard font size. I have my lowest set to 12px, which makes your blog look very strange.. Most of the texts overflow their frames/boxes, with no way to scroll, also the comment titles are really huge.
