		<description>I am ovo-lacto vegetarian but I am still overweight. I agree with most of your post.  Here&#039;s how I am losing weight:  1.  Lose slowly (never more than 1 lb. per week).  2.  Carefully control portion size.  Read the portion size on labels and recipes. You will be surprised at regular portions versus recommended portions.  3.  Cut fat grams. There are simply tons of low and no-fat recipes.  4. Put a large pitcher of water flavored with lemon or lime in the fridge and take a big bottle to work as your beverage of choice. Drink the entire pitcher every day. 5.  Reduce fast food or pre-packaged/manufactured meals.  Fresh, whole foods are absolutely the best.</description>

		<description>Some of my friends having a diet to lose their weights. But as I see, they doesn&#039;t change. That&#039;s why i do really agree that having a diet is not effective in losing weight. And in juice, I suggest drink the fresh juice and not the one in powder form.

They provide a good source of protein, choline (helps regulate your brain and nervous system), Vitamin D and are good for healthy hair and nails. Contrary to popular belief, eggs generally do not have a negative impact on cholesterol either. 

Another good alternative to mayo (aside from low fat versions) is avocado which is full of &quot;good fats&quot;.</description>
