Nice work on this blog!
About "squashing negative thoughts"...
A word of caution: If you continue to suppress negative thoughts or feelings, they will eventually come back to bite you in the butt. There is a reason we have them. A more permanent way of dealing with them is to use the latest human change technology which falls under the category of "processing". When we fully process and integrate our negativities, we end up more free, more energetic and with less obstacles to anything we want to experience or manifest. Success then becomes a much easier and more pleasant endeavor.

Research certainly supports the first habit. The more people you tell, the more likely you are to follow through. This even recruits some of your unconscious resources when you do this.

I think the second piece is huge as well. I just wrote a piece for the GTDtimes(.com) that explains why this is essential to any personal productivity habit. It is called This Is Your Elephant on GTD. Any Questions?

I think this is a very useful set of habits. Nicely done.

Gotta add to your groupie speak.

Thanks for the system. I am working on a time management seminar for microbiz owners for next week. GTD seems to be the mantra these days, but these folk need something more streamlined and your system fits like a glove.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Your other posts are top notch, too. Zen Habits and the Strobist are the two blogs that I absolutely have to read.

I am very impressed with your blog; I've read so many of those get-your-life-in-order-type of books, and your system seems to be a combination of the best comments from each. I just was googling... and your blog appeared. Thanks for taking the time to blog.
