i just came across your blog recently and i am really i glad to be here. you really write good and i love reading your articles. 

i just wanted to share this simple but the most beautiful incident that changed my waking up pattern. while i was in school i had to get up early in the morning nearly at 5:30 for my studies and how i cursed it every single morning!!! 

however after the completion of my studies i went for a 15 days trip to the beautiful Himalyas and on route i woke up merely out of my habit at 5:30 am and i was amazed to see the view out of my bus window. i never so much enchanted as i did with that beautiful sun peeking from the mountains and the lush green valley down below. it was awesome and i cherish that moment even today. it was almost 9 years back but the memory is so fresh in my mind. ever since then i never miss to get up early to celebrate with nature one more day of my life.</description>

I have my computer set to play this peaceful future Zen sounding tone, with volume half max and it&#039;s still peaceful. What a great and gradual way to rise from the bed.</description>
