Me, I quit on Memorial Day weekend, just before my son was born. I quit by smoking one less cigarette per day each week. So one week I had 20/day, the following week 19, the next week 18, etc.
This July my son turns 21, and I’ve not had a cigarette in his lifetime.

Great stuff again. But what about free free time and just do nothing prodictive. Don“t you think that is good sometime as well?

Hi Andy … yes! As I said, if you have a lot of free time, that’s the best way to use it. But for me, if I’m at work, I want to get as much done as possible in as little time as possible, so I don’t have to work as long. Your situation may be different, but for me (especially since I work two jobs and do this blog), the more productive I am during the time I work, the more time I have for myself and my family. But if you want to use it to goof off, that’s great too! :)
Really, it depends on what you have to do, your mood, and your personality, among other factors. My list of 20 productive things to do was just a bunch of ideas you could use, if it help. Thanks for the comment!
