I really like this article. I'm currently writing a book "How I lost the Freshmen 15 and then some", and this article reassured me that I'm giving out accurate information on my book. I lost 64 pounds last year and have gone from 157-190. Four more pounds to lose and I'm not considered over weight anymore.

I think that discipline will always be part of my work out routine. I do have an "obsession" to workout now (since its been 2 years at 5 days a week straight) but I still have to discipline myself on the days I don't want to work out.
