Darren is self-described as undisciplined. (although somehow I imagine he has some discipline that he is humble about or blind to) And Leo, you've got a very disciplined set of habits. Both of you have great success. In synthesizing it all it seems that the common denominator is that you both work to your strengths and probably even more importantly to your interests. When you are interested in something, (say your blog) then this work is not work, and therefore requires less discipline than if you were doing something you don't really enjoy.
