One that I would add is find something that you like. With so many options there has to be one style of exercise that “fits” with each person.

My other piece of advice is to monitor your progress to make sure that you are going in the right direction. You are spending precious time, so it had better be paying off.</description>

I&#039;ve had workout partners that show up late, don&#039;t show up, give about a 50% effort, and more. It&#039;s ridiculous. When I workout, I want to start on time, work hard, no talking, and get out of the gym. The gym is for working hard...not for playing around.</description>
