		<description>well it was the great workout tips,,,, well i got good upper body... well speaking abt my lower body .. its not up to the mark,,,, i feel bad abt it... i swim, run,etc. also add weight&#039;s for the leg workout&#039;s.. nothing seem&#039;s to be working.. it just give&#039;s the muscular shape.. i need the size... only then it would look perfect... any tips on this ...alway&#039;s welcome.. :)</description>

I have a question with regards to using the rowing machine to lose weight, tone muscles and increase stamina.

I hope that the participants agree that it&#039;s a full body workout. What routine would any of you suggest to reach my above goals? If I ought to combine it with body weight exercises what are the most effective ones, and when should I do them - before or after rowing?

I suppose I ought to add that I am 51 and have positioned myself on the chair by my PC for years.
