My goal for June is to get to bed at 10:30 p.m.  

This is a big one for me considering that my normal routine is to go to sleep around midnight. I&#039;m definitely not getting enough sleep and wake up in the morning feeling very tired.

I need to change that. So off we go!

		<description>I actually started my own 30 day challenge on June 17, without consulting this site :0) But I wanted to see if anyone else was doing what I&#039;m doing, so after a  quick search, here I am. My 30 day challenge follows the guidelines well. It is to play the guitar  everyday for 30 minutes. I don&#039;t even have to do the 30 minutes all at once, nor am I even attempting to work on one particular area of playing. So it doesn&#039;t matter what I&#039;m working on as long as I&#039;m following my half hour minimum. Playing time is usually in the evening, after work. I added one other requiremnt, which is to incorporate one  concept, technique, or idea to my practice for that day. I also keep this simple but I find I am learning alot and juxtaposing different styles and philosophies with my own. It&#039;s been fun so far, wil keep you posted!
