I thought it was kind of interesting how you advised against sit-ups, and then went on to state some of the best athletes in the world refrain from doing crunches (such as SEALs...) however, I do have to argue with you on that point, as I find it is simply not true. SEALs, and every elite squad, will work the hell out of your abs :)

Other than that, good info. Thanks for sharing.

Gosh what a bunch of crap. (except partly: 3,4,6)

- Just start lifting: do COMPOUND exercises, like deadlifts and squats twice a week (eat protein!)

- Do HIIT (google it) or other Conditioning exercises on other days. It does not matter how long you do them, but how intensive your workout is.

- Eat less/better, but dont stop eating. When you hit a weight loss plateau you obviously eat too much or exercise not right. Eat a bit less or eat better. Stop lying to yourself!

And Yoga does not elongate your muscles. You get more flexible and relaxed, but the rest is imagination.

This should be done by BOTH men and women trying to lose weight. Weightlifting and workouts with very high intensity are the best and quickest way to get the body you want. This does not require a lot of time just very hard work, but the result is well worth it.

In more detail on: gymjunkies.com
or similar websites. (Seriously check it out, this will make everything way easier)

Thank you for the tips. I can say that doing house works will lessen the calories that we take. And instead of having seat ups, do a exercise program that will complete all your body parts to move. Be sure to have plenty of water and rest. Keep it up. Nice job. Thank you

I found some of the advice useful, i dont agree on the cutting out carbs bit though, cutting down makes more sense-what ever happened to 'everything in moderation?' being obsessed with your weight in the first place is the root to all downfalls, if you need to lose weight just lose it! But dont make it the be all and end all of your life/time/energy

Chill out a bit, because stress can probably slow down your process too! Most importantly
LOVE yourself.
Good luck everyone. x =)
