1) Goals written on  a paper is much more effective.

2) Maintaining a Task list with priority in a sheet would let us know how much we concentrate on unwanted things.

3) My old Manager had a Rule which he would like us to follow.
&quot;Non Disturbance Hour&quot; one hour a day. No emails,no phones, Just concentrate deeply at the task at Hand. its true i achived a lot of things by mainting that.
