It’s impressive enough that you keep coming up with content for your own site, without writing for others Leo ;) You’ve probably already covered it and I should look through your archives better, but how do you manage to research and write so many in-depth articles? Though I always have a pot of ideas ready to write about, sometimes they don’t really provide much more than a paragraph of information.

Hi Spike … I wrote about coming up with ideas in this post on NorthxEast … as for how to flesh them out into an in-depth post, I basically do the following when thinking about a topic:

1. close my eyes
2. visualize what I do or what I’ve done
3. open my eyes and type out those steps or tips
4. flesh out the steps or tips with more detail on each one
5. add links or additional research

Of course, I don’t always follow those steps exactly, but that’s basically my process. :)

Nice interview. :)

I find it amusing that most of the questions are geared towards the interviewee owning a bunch of expensive tech gear and other things for showing off.

Loved the interview, but more importantly, love the family photo. After following your blog for a few months, readers get a sense that we really know you. Nice to see the face and the family which inspires the blog.
