		<description>I have been running for the last month and a half, I really enjoyed reading this article, especially the part about hills.  I am about to go on a four day hike, so i am going to hit some hills to build strength,  I also mix my running with a P90x program so that helps a lot.</description>

		<description>Hi, I would add trying the Tabta Protocol, I&#039;m trying this method for a week and it is giving me great results for improving my endurance.  It also helps to breathe better, which I need after being a smoker for so much time.
