Sadly, our city's so broke that public libraries aren't open on holidays or Sundays (to take advantage of a/c) and only half-day Saturdays.... and they also have a pretty poor collection of DVDs or new books. You usually have to wait six months or more to get a book after its release date. I heard about this two years ago. I changed all my light bulbs to the energy efficient ones. They are more expensive. I got three bulbs in a box for about $8.00. But it did work.
