I am learning so much from him and most importantly I started to believe in myself. He is a very important person in my life. I want him to know how grateful I am for all he does for me. I tried telling him, but he seemed suspicious, so I'm worried now he might think I am just saying this because he's the boss. I'm not sure how I can thank him and show him my gratefulness is genuine. I feel sad about this because I think he must have been disappointed in the past to become suspicious when being praised.
