I think you&#039;ve hit on something, but I think it&#039;s only part of the process. You have to start somewhere, you have to walk before you run. Counting calories is step 1 for many people who simply don&#039;t have any idea where the calories are.

Once your learned to count calories, you learn the effect that certain foods have on your body and then you can start to retrain your system to intake the right amount of calories and the right types of food.

You don&#039;t have to count your pennies forever, you just have to start with counting your pennies before you start trying to count your hundreds and your thousands.</description>

I therefore would change this to: Eat healthy and make a list of healthy foods. These you eat most of time, and once a week a cake :-)</description>
