My Parenting Interview; and Everything Else You Ever Wanted To Know About Leo Babauta

I always feel a bit embarrassed when someone asks to interview me — I’d rather be the one asking the questions. Being interviewed is a bit like being naked in public: you’re really exposing yourself, more than you normally would to total strangers.

That said, ParentWonder.com just interviewed me about being a parent, in case you’re interested:

And for those who didn’t catch them the first time around, I thought I’d share some past interviews with me. As someone who’s done interviews of other people all my life, it’s a bit weird — the first time I was interviewed was earlier this year, by Nneka of Balanced Life Center.

*gasp* leo are you a smoker? now that’s not something i would’ve expected! no wonder you’ve neever written about quitting smoking! it’s pretty tough, but i have managed to stay smoke free for three and a half weeks now, which i consider a pretty big success, and hopefully i won’t take up this deadly habit ever again.

@Maria: No! I’m no longer a smoker. I quit in November 2005, which is what kicked off the positive changes I’ve made in my life. Read the “My Story” link in the post above.

And actually, I have written about quitting smoking. Here are two articles I’ve written:

http://www.parentwonder.com/content/view/214/54/

Hope that helps clear things up!

Thanks for the links, I haven’t smoked in three weeks but this still is the beginning and I found your tips very useful. You’re always an inspiration.
