I completely agree with this. When I first started blogging about 3 months ago, I was obsessed with it. I’ve made a routine out of my schedule to do certain things during certain times of the day and I try not to blog on weekends, but spend time with my family.

As you mentioned in one of your posts, that it takes 21 days to take on a habit. This is true, since I have applied to this most parts of my lifestyle and have been feeling better about myself because of it.
