		<description>I really appreciate the effort of bringing all the different aspects together for meditation. However I have no idea how you come up with the strong statement that Meditation is the art of focusing 100% of your attention in one area. Meditation is nothing to do with focusing, concentration or visualizing. It is a state when you go beyond your mind.

In order to have the true meditation, you need to achieve the Enlightenment also known as Self-realization or Kundalini awakening.  

I am sorry to say that but without Enligtenment you are not really in the state of true meditation.
