Excellent job with this brief yet very helpful article. I&#039;ve never been one to have to worry about being overweight myself -Sorry... I&#039;m one of those skinny types but trust me, it&#039;s not all it&#039;s cracked up to be.

None the less, in my line of work I help A LOT of people with losing weight and frankly, it&#039;s easy for them to lose weight. Keeping it off... Now that&#039;s a  different story.

*If you have traumas in your past (which is extremely common in most eating disorders) then address them with someone qualified in how to assist you in healing those traumas quickly and then have you motivated towards a much healthier, brighter future.
