		<description>Have any of you ever read the book Fit for Life?  It has some interesting points in it too.  Alot of proper food combining too.  It is a healthy eating plan and you really do feel better on it.  It was written quite a while ago by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond.</description>

		<description>Great tips. I always ate grain bread as white bread makes me queasy, but I got onto rye bread last year as part of a low GI diet and it fills you up without as many calories and is low GI.</description>

		<description>Sarah:  If you happen to be lactose intolerant and IBF prone then drinking milk is to fill calcium needs is not going to work.  What I found when my body revolted against me at 22 was to start paying attention to my body and how it felt about the food I was putting in it.   I discovered that I can&#039;t touch Dairy with a 10 foot pole without paying for it, and alcohol too.  Soluble fiber is very, very important.  So is getting rid of any stress in your life if you are IBF prone.  Do whatever it takes to get rid of the stress.   You&#039;ll never regret it.</description>
