		<description>[...] Zeci de mii de ani, oamenii nu au avut ceasuri. Au trait, uimitor, ghidandu-se dupa luna, soare, dupa anotimpuri, dupa nevoile si bioritmul corpului lor. Ceasul este o inventie foarte recenta (spre exemplu, primul ceas desteptator modern ii apartine francezului Antoine Redier, creat in 1847), insa si mai recenta aderarea societatii moderne la dictatura ceasului. Oamenii au ales sa-si fixeze orare, sa se cronometreze pentru fiecare activitate, sa monitorizeze de la viteza de reactie a moleculelor pana la viteza pe care o au cand fac clatite. Oamenii au devenit obsedati de exploatarea fiecarui minut, de eliminarea timpilor morti. Fiecare dintre noi este la fel de vinovat ca si ceilalti dar fiecare dintre noi este dator sa-si simplifice viata si sa renunte treptat la obsesia ceasului, sa incerce sa se armonizeze la bioritmul natural, fiind mai relaxat si refuzand sa mai fie condus mereu de timpul care trece. Mai multe sfaturi gasiti in &#8220;Manifestul impotriva tiraniei ceasului&#8221;. [...]</description>
