		<description>I think the first tip that you stated is probably the hardest tip to abide by. So many people start and quit their routine within the first 2 weeks of beginning. And when they quit, it&#039;s so hard to get back into. It actually just happened to me.</description>

		<description>Portion control is HUGE. I precook huge batches of food all the time and go to the local restaurant supply to get little plastic throway portion cups and freeze them all. Then you can write on the outside of the container how many calories are in it quite easily and plan a meal by calories in seconds.</description>

		<description>Great post. Portion control is CRITICAL to looking lean. I would also suggest mixing up your work out. If you run a lot, try hot yoga. If you lift all the time, try running. Just mix it up and keep you body from adapting to the same work out regime.
