		<description>You mention to pay off the lowest balance first.  Actually, what you should be doing is paying off the debt w/ the highest INTEREST RATE, not the lowest balance.  

Other than that, this is common sense people.  Learn to live within your means.

Save/Invest/and quit looking at your tax &quot;refund&quot; as a refund, and instead look at it as a 0% interest rate loan to Uncle Sam.
