		<description>I think the real key is to stay on track. That is the thing that you most need to focus on in my opinion. I used to not be able to get anything done. I would start something, do it for a minimal time, then move on to something else. I did this like 5 times an hour so I never got anything done. I was not able to fix this until I made myself stay on track with the goals I set.</description>
