		<description>A refreshing post.  I was working with a client today and she was asking about the time that it should take for changes to take place.  It takes time to create a dream life and only through consistent action will that occur.  There are no quick fixes otherwise we would be able to buy them at the pharmacy.  Thanks for the great posts.</description>
