Thank you for this excellent post. I like your tip on touching index finger and thumb together when walking to keep reminded of being in the present moment.

I appreciate your words on silence too. I learned from Ayurveda that one body type in particular can have a tough time with silence and stillness, but we can help it with a little yoga. Curling up in the child&#039;s pose, or laying flat out and practising yoga nidra for a few short minutes at a time can help even the most jittery among us cultivate a taste for regular spells of silence.</description>
