thanks for the tips. there great, i just wana say somthing and am not sure if any of u will read it. 


i love it when it comes to the weekend, and ur sitting down and relaxing and having some chocolates, and fatty foods, and ordering take-away, lyk chicken corma, or chinese, i love them all, and these are great tips and i know i should follow them, but tbh i still wana go stuff my face, i have great will power, and i have lost a stone and 4 pounds so far, i just went into the kitchen and there was a box of chocolates there that my mum got for her bday, i put one in my mouth, was chewing at it n then i spat it into the bin, i just cant bring myself to eat anything that  in junk food, and night i have noticed that i am having a slice o toast and fuit, i feel bad for that, is that bad to do that? everything is just getting to confusing now, i exercise everyday of the week, the exercise bike monday, wednesday and thursday, and on a tuesday and friday i go for a walk, and at the weekend am walking about anyway, so i dont no what to do, how can somthing so simple be so hard? i losted 3 and a half stone last tym, but am finding it more hard this time. if any of you have botherd reading this lol then can u please help... thanks .. 		<description>Good read. Can&#039;t stress enough the eat healthy part of this. Getting plenty of exercise without a good diet didn&#039;t get me anything but a near heart attack and a stent in one of my arteries. Now, motivation to eat right is easy for me.
I can&#039;t believe how many people with heart issues do not make significant changes in the way they live.</description>
