		<description>Oh - I was doing great with the intervals - walk, then run for 30 seconds, then walk -- if my dog were to be cooperative...and then I went numb with the real stuff...my hat&#039;s off to you for taking care of yourself this way.  I start slow and...stay slow...and hope if I just keep moving and dancing and moving and hopping...it will work for me. Thank you for this...Rori</description>
