Nice article mate, any mention of Mr. Lee always seems to invoke inspiration. Just one point my friend, which is in no way a criticism so please don't take it negatively, Bruce Lee used weights regularly in his training program, read 'The Art of expressing the human body' for more info. Also i'm sure integrating some of the exercises outlined in the book will benefit you greatly in your own training. No offense intended.

Luckily my gym is pretty cheap, so I still hold a membership. But I do know many people who don't have a gym and it seems like the biggest problem for them is just getting motivated to do something. Little changes in your life can end up making huge differences. Ride a bike instead of drive etc. things that have all been said before.

of course you don't ahve to go to gym.

However if you are serious, then you'll need loads of personal training equipment etc.

And then - spend at least 4 hours a day doing strenght, stamina, speed all around training.
If you are not foolish to damage your body and also employ steady growth and achievement system - you might become a good athlete.

I'd always recomend consultations with martial arts coaches or fitness trainers if you haave no deeper knowledge (say masters degree in fitness cocahing :D )
