Dear Leo,

This is indeed a useful article. I'd like to hear your opinion on this question: what eating habbits do you think are most important for people? I'm trying to give up on certain ones, but they all seem pretty important and I can't manage to concentrate on more than one at a time. How would you prioritise :
regular meals, no sweets (I'm a chocoholic:P), drink lots of water and eat fruits, no cheescakes or food containg wheat flour, eating in front of the computer and eating when angry/bored?

I do practice sports, so I'm not really fat, but I'd like to stay healthy, cause I'm only 21.

Thanks for this great blog,

I think too many people expect quick results, and they don't think about whether the results they get from crash diets will last or not. A lifestyle change to being active and eating healthy constantly is the only way to maintain results. I completely agree.

I (nearly) always cook in a wok. You need less fat and the vitamins are kept inside the food, because the extreme hot oil and steam make the pores close.

Asian foods include stuff like Shirataki noodles, which don't contain any carbohydrates. So you can compose a healthy and low-fat diet quite easily. And it tastes wonderful.

I'd like more information on this Paleo diet. How can you advocate not eating beans or wheat because you have to cook them to get the toxins out yet say that eating meat and eggs are ok? Are we to eat only raw meat and uncooked eggs on this diet? How do you justify this?
