		<description>I think tip 2, using reminders to stay mindful, is a great one. I try to be mindful as much as I can, but sometimes it slips my mind until I remember to remind myself, which may not be the most effective method. Writing to-do lists work in reminding me on that.</description>

		<description>I find meditation to be a great way to strip away self conciousness. 

It enables me to be more authentic and truthful to those around me and reduces the self talk that tries to convince me to censor my speech.</description>
