Funny thing is, I opened this post and had it in a tab on my browser for about 5 days before I actually come to read it.

Since I joined twitter, I keep opening suggested URLs to check later, so my browser always have this opened tabs I can't overcome.

Well, we really feel like we have to keep track of everything, but sometimes just closing/deleting it all can feel really great. You'll just forget about all that within minutes and get to the real work.

I've been keeping urls opened in my firefox that I lost all at once when had to restart my computer. I can't even remember what they were about. It really didnt make any difference.

So my tip as a complement to your post is... take courage and just close it all at once and forget about it. It is good to do it from time to time. cleans your queue and, somehow, feels like cleaning your mind either.

I don't really have a lot of queues in my life. All I use is Twitter, Facebook, and Thunderbird(it's email for the less informed).

It's just practicing common sense. If you can't handle managing so many applications, just get rid of them. Just go cold turkey for one day and see how different your life will be. You'll soon notice that there is a LIFE outside the computer and the internet. While it is good to connect with people online, don't let spam and other pointless letters take over your life.

Just my two cents.
