Love it! I think that there are some great tips that you provide here. So all we have to do is not procrastinate on putting them into action.

The one that I have found works best for me, is the just saying to yourself &quot;I&#039;ll spend like 10 minutes doing xyz&quot;.

I think most of the time we procrastinate is because in our heads its really hard to chunk things down.

We have SO much on our plate and so many things to do, we just think ... Man! I dont even know where to start.

And so we don&#039;t.

Being able to chunk it down into segments of 10 minutes, gets you sitting at the desk and making the calls, or starting that project.

Once you are there you have already won half the race.

So great article, very much needed!
