		<description>Regarding eating because you&#039;re really hungry vs. eating for emotional reasons, Men&#039;s Health had a good tip: When you&#039;re feeling hungry, think about a nice, big steak (or some other big, filling food you would normally eat as a main meal).  If that sounds good, you&#039;re hungry and should eat (but be reasonable about it).  If not, it&#039;s emotional hunger and you should try to focus on something else.</description>

Have you been exercising for long?  I used to feel crappy after working out, but after doing it consistently for a while (I honestly don&#039;t remember how long &quot;a while&quot; was — 4 months?  6 months?), it changed.  

Now, immediately after a workout, I am hot, sweaty, tired and feel fantastic.  Later in the day is when I have energy.  And if I don&#039;t work out for a day, I can feel it in my energy level.

Do you experience a change in overall energy level when you are consistently exercising?</description>

An object in motion stays in motion; an object at rest stays at rest.  The more I exercise, the more I *want* to exercise.  It takes a couple of weeks or a month to kick in, but at this point, if I *don&#039;t* exercise, I feel sluggish and mentally just not quite as sharp.  If I miss two days in a row, it&#039;s harder to get up and get going again, even though I *know* I&#039;ll feel better, and that once I get going, I love it.</description>
