Thanks Jeffery! Taking projects and breaking into small steps has a world of difference. We've slowly deculttered while building momentum, it's exciting! Plus it helps avoid burnout like you mentioned. Tons of good stuff here, one tip from me. Try fasting, I'm sure Leo said this before. My fast days are most productive, it's amazing to see what we accomplish when we're not focused on food. Cheers!

I've found that I've achieved my greatest success this past year by cutting back my list of goals. Where I previously had up to 10 or more important 'big' things on my list, I now try to focus on no more than 2 or 3 projects at a time. It's meant putting some tasks on the backburner - which was tough given they're things I'd really like to achieve - but has allowed me the freedom and focus to move ahead in leaps and bounds on other projects, both personal and professional.

Good post. I like your point about sleep as well. I find that I enjoy myself at work much more when I decide to shut down and go to bed at a normal hour of the night. When I sleep well, I work well.

Really resonating with 5, 6 and 9! I used to think that I wasn't ambitious enough because in an 11 year working career I managed to take 4 years off, and had more of a travel path than a career path. But I realised one day that I WAS ambitious, just not ambitious by other peoples standards.

I was and am driven to live a full yet slow life, with lots of down time. I know what works for me and regardless of what anyone says, I follow that. Although, sometimes I get those gremlins in my ear telling me I should be doing more and driving me crazy till I become aware them and then it's back to my way of doing things.

It's constant awareness and a conscious style of living is what. Empowering hey :) Thanks! Tia aka @TiaSparkles

One that works best for me as the founder of a startup is the first one.. achieving in increments.. While I still have my eye on the ultimate big goal, it would be real frustrating to understand that I will realistically not make it there before yeeeeaars... Recording the small successes along the way helps a lot!
