1. 3:20 - 10:00 AM. Sigh. Confused Was close to waking up at 9, but decided to 'rest my eyes' instead.

2. Semi-productive day. Had trouble starting due to lack of direction. Did not go to school. Induced social desire has thankfully subsided.

Concerta (18 mg) - Day 5 (1 A, 4 B, 0 C; 5 Days)
+ Very subtle. Hardly felt any of the medication's effects. Almost like a placebo pill.
+ Concentration remains great.
+ Very focused. No random insights and thoughts while working. Almost forgot how to daydream. Re-taught myself it for future creative and re-recreational purposes.
+ The only way I could tell the medication's termination period was when I became suddenly more impatient with slow and tedious activities - repetitive lectures, waiting in lines, etc. No headaches. No sudden tiredness. Daydreaming was a whole lot easier.
+ Only lost 2.5 lbs (now 23.5/25.5 lbs) since Day 1. No drastic weight loss like the Dexedrine. No muscle weakness. Still eating the same as without meds, but metabolism is seemingly faster. Subtle discomfort as the weight drops. Want to strength train when I can.
