November Goal

My Goal for November is to practice equanimity, non reactivity most of the time.
I will remain equanimous at each moment .

Hi to all.
My November goal is get the job which will give me financial growth and job satisfaction. as all we know that 95% of the people do not have both or no one. What is about you other people.

Limit energy consumption to less than 2,200 calories on greater than 7,000 grams of intake volume per day for 21 consecutive days. (Start 11/11/09)

Actually that's a result not a habit or process.
Let me go back to trying to do the habit of "maintaining situational awareness" (present moment awareness) and letting go of compulsive thinking especially fear and regret. Score myself on a 7 point scale where 7 is complete awareness and 1 is continually caught up in thinking for over 98% of the moments of the day. Score based on a "blink" reaction to what the day felt like... giving it a number.
The habit would be to review and score this measure daily.
