Daily Check-in Thread for November 3rd |

Nov 3rd:
1. I stretched for a few minutes.
2. I have written 980 words! (about 3 pages)
3. I did not go to bed on time, because I was writing.
Enouragement: 2 new ones out of 3!

The habits that I am developing now are:
1. Stretch my limbs and my whole body every day for at least several minutes.
2. Write one paragraph each day (fiction)
3. Go to bed between 22.30 - 22.45.

3. Health: Food/exercise
4. ABC system
Log/outcome
1. Kept TV off
2. I was very relaxed yesterday and i read books and used trance cds
3. I ate junk food
4. I did use ABC system
Positive feedback
1. Use ABC system tomorrow aswell
2. Eat fresh health food tomorrow

I was able to finish all three
Waking up at 6am is easier if I go to bed at a reasonable time. I broke writing up again. One hour in the morning and several other 5-10min intervals. I want to add in an hour of editing but I won't make that a concrete part of the challenge. Visualization went well.
