Goals For The Weekend:

{Thurs/Friday}
- Online chemistry problems.
- Chem equilibrium lab.
- Online math class (Friday) + purchase book.
- PS & Bank + FAQ
- Call Rick for chem updates.
- Understand general concepts for math, bio, & chem.
~ Clean Room! (Esp. closet.)
~ Rent a carpet cleaner? (Don't let this go on any longer after the accident.)

{Fri/Sat}
- Bio exam/missed lab work
- Math review
- Catch up with Chemistry (review Ch 15 & 19)

(~ Optional: Get new clothes for once.)

Keep it consistent throughout the day. Tasks can be repeated, if successful.

finished all three earlier and posting about it now.

It's getting easier. Don't think I'll be going back to writing in broken segments. The only problem I have now is editing all this writing.

Visualize for 15 minutes when I wake up,
15 minutes in the middle of the day (we'll say 2:00pm for me),
and 15 minutes before I go to sleep.

1. Keep/turn TV off.
2. Control stress.
3. Health: Food/exercise
4. ABC system

Log/outcome
1. I Kept TV off Very Happy
2. I had a very relaxedl evening Very Happy
3. I ate junk food Sad
4. I did not use ABC system in the evening Very Happy

Positive feedback
1. Use ABC system (general/evening). Very Happy
2. Use joy/feeling list Very Happy

Nov 6 th:
1. I stretched and danced to music today Very Happy
2. I wrote 3 paragraphs (226 words) of fiction and 2 paragraphs of diary. Very Happy
3. I went to bed at 22.55, which is only 10 minutes beyond limit. Smile

In addition to this, I did a lot of decluttering today, and feel happy about it! Very Happy

The habits that I am developing now are:

1. Stretch my limbs and my whole body every day for at least several minutes.
2. Write one paragraph each day (fiction)
3. Go to bed between 22.30 - 22.45.
