Goals For The Weekend:

- Online chemistry problems.
- Chem equilibrium lab.
- Online math class (Friday) + purchase book.
- PS & Bank + FAQ
- Call Rick for chem updates.
- Understand general concepts for math, bio, & chem.
~ Clean Room! (Esp. closet.)
~ Rent a carpet cleaner? (Don't let this go on any longer after the accident.)
{Fri/Sat}
- Bio exam/missed lab work
- Math review
- Catch up with Chemistry (review Ch 15 & 19)
(~ Optional: Get new clothes for once.)

finished all three earlier and posting about it now.
It's getting easier. Don't think I'll be going back to writing in broken segments. The only problem I have now is editing all this writing.

1. Keep/turn TV off.
2. Control stress.
3. Health: Food/exercise
4. ABC system
Log/outcome
1. I Kept TV off
2. I had a very relaxedl evening
3. I ate junk food
4. I did not use ABC system in the evening
Positive feedback
1. Use ABC system (general/evening).
2. Use joy/feeling list

Nov 6 th:
1. I stretched and danced to music today
2. I wrote 3 paragraphs (226 words) of fiction and 2 paragraphs of diary.
3. I went to bed at 22.55, which is only 10 minutes beyond limit.
In addition to this, I did a lot of decluttering today, and feel happy about it!

The habits that I am developing now are:
1. Stretch my limbs and my whole body every day for at least several minutes.
2. Write one paragraph each day (fiction)
3. Go to bed between 22.30 - 22.45.
