Thanks for the GTD post, Leo:
I found it a useful review. I always have trouble remembering the difference between a next action and a project. Perhaps this is what bit me when I started trying to use Outlook tasks for tracking things at work: it just made things feel more overwhelming because my “Tasks” were all actually “Projects”. Perhaps if I use them as Next Actions that will work better.
