The 44 – Practice 8: Tonglen (sending & receiving)

In this sending & receiving practice, we’re going to learn to:

  1. Take in things that we normally want to push away, showing ourselves that we have a greater capacity to handle difficulty than we normally believe.
  2. Transform difficulty into relief and openness.
