As we work with the difficulties that arise from uncertainty and discomfort, it’s important that we practice a traditional meditation called “loving kindness.”
It’s a meditation that’s aimed at cultivating our heart muscle, at developing the skill of being kind to ourselves and others, and creating a way of being that is incredibly helpful in any moment of life.
